Billing and balance

Common questions about balance, charges, and prices

Is there a subscription or pricing plans?

No. You pay for each actually checked domain at the section's price — see How billing works. Current prices are on the Pricing page.

How do I top up my balance?

On the Balance and charges page, in the "Balance top-up" block. There are up to three methods, and the administrator decides which ones are enabled: "By card" and "In crypto" — labelled "credited instantly", the money arrives automatically, and the amount must be within the range shown in the form; "Through an administrator" — a request with manual approval, its minimum amount is shown in the block header. If only one method is available, there is no switcher. Detailed instructions are in Topping up the balance.

What happens if I run out of money during a task?

The task is paused and all completed results are saved. After you top up the balance, the task resumes automatically from where it stopped.

I stopped a task — what will I be charged for?

Only for the domains that were processed before the stop. There are no charges for unprocessed domains.

Why is the price in the dialog lower than on the pricing page?

A discount is applied to you: personal, from a promo code, or for your own API key. All active discounts are visible in the "Discounts and promo code" block on the balance page.

A domain finished with an error — did I pay for nothing?

Domains with errors can be sent for reprocessing for free from the task results. For disputed lists, contact support — refunds and compensations are credited to your balance.
