Topping up the balance
Top-up methods and request statuses
The balance is topped up on the Balance and charges page — it opens when you click the balance widget in the header. All methods are gathered in a single "Balance top-up" card: "By card", "In crypto" and "Through an administrator". Which of them are enabled is decided by the service administrator, so the method switcher appears only when more than one is available. If top-up is disabled entirely, the form is replaced by the line "Top-up is currently unavailable — contact the administrator".
By card
- The card header carries the label "credited instantly": once the payment is confirmed, the money reaches your balance without any administrator involvement.
- Enter the amount in dollars — there are quick-amount buttons next to the field — and click "Pay by card". The amount limits are set by the administrator (by default from $10 to $10,000); if you go outside them, the form shows "Amount from $X to $Y".
- Below the form you can see what will actually be charged: "You pay $X — the payment service fee is included. $Y will be credited".
- The payment page opens in a new tab via the "Open the payment page" button. You can close the tab — the balance updates on its own.
- If no confirmation has arrived, check the status manually with the "I have paid" button; an invoice you no longer need is closed with "Cancel the invoice".
- On the first payment the payment service will ask you to verify your identity — the note below the form warns about this.
In crypto
- Also labelled "credited instantly". Select a coin by its tile (the network is shown under the name), enter the amount and click "Get the address".
- The amount limits are the same as for card payment; the exchange rate is locked for the lifetime of the invoice — the number of minutes is stated below the form.
- The transfer screen shows the amount in the coin, the address, a QR code and a warning: send only the selected coin on the named network — a transfer on another network will be lost. Copy the address and the amount with the buttons rather than typing them by hand.
- To check the transfer manually, use the "I have sent it" button; to close the invoice — "Cancel the invoice".
The invoice deadline is strict: once it expires, payment is no longer credited automatically. If you did pay anyway, click "I have paid" (for a transfer — "I have sent it"): the payment will be flagged and an administrator will handle it by hand. A new invoice is created with the "Top up again" button; do not send anything to the address of an expired invoice.
Through an administrator
- Enter the amount. A request has its own minimum — set by the administrator, $100 by default; it is shown in the card header ("minimum $100") and in the hint "The minimum request amount is $100".
- Click "Send request".
- The request appears in the "My requests" column with the status "Under review" and an invoice number — include it in the payment reference (there is a copy button).
- Agree on the transfer method with the administrator — the "Message the administrator" link opens the Telegram bot.
- The money is credited by the administrator manually; once approved, you receive a top-up notification.
Request statuses
- Under review — the request is awaiting a decision; you cannot submit a new one, but you can withdraw the current one with the "Withdraw" button.
- Approved — the amount has been credited ("Credited to your balance: $N").
- Rejected — the rejection reason is shown ("Reason for rejection: …"); you can submit a new request.
- Withdrawn — you cancelled the request yourself.
The "My requests" column is needed only for this method: if card or crypto payment is enabled and you have not made any requests yet, the column is not shown — the balance is credited right after payment.
