Troubleshooting

Typical problems and how to solve them

The confirmation email does not arrive

Check your spam folder. To resend, go to the Account page and click the "Confirm" button next to your email.

A task has been stuck "Queued" for a long time

Tasks of one account run sequentially: while the previous one is in progress, the next one waits. This is normal behavior — see How tasks are processed.

A task was paused

Two typical reasons: insufficient funds (top up your balance — the task will resume on its own) or a problem with your own API key (save a working key or switch to the service's key). The reason is stated in the notification.

I cannot start a task — "Insufficient funds"

Available amount = balance minus the reserve for tasks already in progress. Wait for the active tasks to finish or top up the balance.

Some domains were dropped on paste

The service discards duplicates and malformed lines. Expand the "Dropped lines: N" list under the input field to see exactly what was not accepted.

Telegram messages do not arrive

Check that: the bot is linked (Settings → Telegram), the main "Telegram notifications" toggle is on, and the phone number in your profile matches the number in Telegram.

Menu items have disappeared

The menu shows only the sections available to your account. The list of available sections is on the dashboard; for access questions, contact support.

A "Maintenance in progress" window appeared

The service is being updated — the interface is temporarily closed to everyone except staff. The window shows a message from the administrator and a "Remaining: …" timer until the maintenance ends; the page refreshes automatically, there is no need to reload it.

An "Account blocked" window appeared

Access to the cabinet has been closed by the administrator. After five seconds you will be signed out automatically to the login page, where sign-in will also be refused. Contact support to find out the reason for the block and how to lift it.

I was thrown to the login page with a "Suspicious activity" window

The session protection against IP address changes was triggered: the session is bound to the address you signed in from, and if the address changes too often within an hour, the session is terminated. The window states the reason, and the "Log out" button returns you to the login form — just sign in again. A common cause is mobile internet or a VPN that changes the address on its own. This mode is configured by the administrator and does not terminate sessions by default.

Where to write if nothing helped

The "Help" → "Support" button in the bottom-right corner: describe the problem, attach screenshots, and include your ID from the "Account" page. We usually reply within a couple of hours.
