General questions
Answers to common questions about the service
Where does the service get its data?
DeepScan combines several sources: domain link metrics, archived snapshots of site history, registration and indexing data. A spam detector and a smart assessment run on top of the collected data.
Do I need my own subscription to metrics services?
No. By default, checks run through the service's data source. If you do have your own subscription, connect your own API key and get a 50% discount on checks.
How many domains can I check at once?
The cap is set by the service administrator and differs for each task type. If no limit is set, the number of domains in a task is not restricted. Your own values are shown on the Account page in the "Domains per task (Domain metrics)" and "Domains per task (Domain history)" tiles: when there is no limit, they read "Unlimited". The main limit is duplicated on the dashboard in the "Domains per task" tile ("Unlimited" if there is no limit). When the limit is exceeded, the list in domain selection is highlighted with the warning "Over the limit by N", and the task is not created — the "Domain limit exceeded" window appears with the maximum and the number you provided. Keep in mind: the more domains in a task, the more efficiently it is processed.
In what form do I get the results?
An interactive table on the "Result" page with filters, search, and domain cards, an export to Excel, and an automatic export to Google Sheets.
How does the domain assessment work?
The service analyzes the data collected for a domain — metrics, history, anchors, spam signals — and delivers a verdict with a 0–10 score and a recommendation. More details in Analysis and spam.
Can I work in a pair or a team?
Yes — share a task folder with a colleague and grant them permission to start or delete tasks: Shared access.
