Header, menu, balance, notifications, the help button, and the tour

Top menu

  • Dashboard — a summary of activity, limits, and spending.
  • Domain selection — the domain screening pipeline.
  • Metrics — a submenu with the Link check and Site DR sections.
  • Domain history — check a site's past through archived snapshots.
  • Result — all tasks, folders, and result tables.
The set of menu items depends on your account's access: sections not enabled for you are hidden from the menu.

Right side of the header

  • Balance — your current balance (for example $12.34); clicking it opens the Balance and charges page. With unlimited access, an ∞ sign is shown instead of the amount.
  • Bell — notifications about tasks, balance, and security; the badge shows the unread count.
  • User menu — links to Account, API connection, Affiliate program, Invoices, Settings, and the Sign out button.

The "Help" button

A floating help button sits in the bottom-right corner of every page of your account. Inside are three items: Support (a chat with request history and attachments; we usually reply within a couple of hours), Documentation (this section), and Product tour — which restarts the guided tour of your account.

Product tour

On your first sign-in, the account shows the tour automatically: the page is dimmed, the relevant element is highlighted, and a card with an explanation appears next to it. The tour walks through the account sections — Dashboard, Domain selection, Link check, Site DR, Domain history, Result, Settings, API connection, Account; only the sections enabled for your account are shown.

  • Move forward with the "Next" button, the keyboard arrow keys, or a click anywhere on the screen; "Back" returns one step.
  • The card shows the current step number and the total number of steps.
  • Close it with the Esc key or the "Skip" button: after that the tour is considered completed and no longer appears on its own.
  • Restart it at any time: "Help" → "Product tour" — the tour starts from the dashboard.

If Telegram is not linked yet, a banner appears below the header: "Link Telegram and get notifications about your scans" — linking is described in the Telegram bot section.
