First task in 5 minutes

Step-by-step example: from a domain list to a finished report

Let's walk through the fastest scenario — a bulk Domain Rating check in the Site DR section. The same principle applies in every analysis section.

Step 1. Upload domains

  1. Open Metrics → Site DR in the top menu.
  2. Paste your domain list into the field — one per line (for example, example.com). Full URLs work too — the service normalizes them automatically.
  3. Or click "Import" and upload a .txt, .csv, .tsv, or .xlsx file.
  4. The counter will show "N valid · M dropped". You can expand the dropped lines (duplicates and invalid addresses) to review them.

Step 2. Set the conditions

  • In the "Selection conditions" block, set "DR, from" — the required Domain Rating threshold: the field is empty by default, and the value must be greater than 0 (1–100).
  • "Backlinks, from" — an optional threshold on the number of backlinks: leave the field empty if you don't need it.
  • Domains that fall short of the thresholds are highlighted in the results table with a red address; hover over it to see the reason — "DR below the threshold" or "Backlinks below the threshold". To show only those, use the "Failed" filter above the table (next to "All", "Passed filter" and "Errors").

Step 3. Create a task

  1. Click "Create task".
  2. If the "DR, from" field is empty or equals 0, a "Warning" window appears instead of the creation modal, with the text "Batch mode requires a DR value greater than 0" — set the threshold and try again.
  3. In the "Create task" modal, set the task name and folder (defaults to the section's folder). Without a name, the start button stays disabled.
  4. The modal header on the right shows the total amount to be charged, for example $0.93 (or "Free" if the section is free). If a discount applies, a "−N%" badge appears next to it, and the tooltip on the amount states the reason for the discount. If your balance doesn't cover the whole task, the amount turns red and a "top up your balance" note appears next to it; if there aren't enough funds for even a single domain, the "Insufficient funds" window opens instead of the creation modal.
  5. Click "Start".

Step 4. View the results

  • Task progress is visible in the "Active tasks" block on the Dashboard and on the Result page.
  • You will get a bell notification when the task starts and finishes — and a bot message too, if Telegram is linked.
  • The finished report can be exported to Excel.
Domains within a task are processed in parallel, so one large list is better value than many small ones: the more domains in a task, the faster the per-domain processing. See Parallel processing for details.
