Sign up and log in
Creating an account, confirming your contacts, and signing in
Sign up
- Open the Sign up page (the "Sign up" button in the site header).
- Fill in the form: name, phone, email, password and password confirmation — all fields are required. The password requirements are highlighted right below the field as you type.
- Answer the three questions in the "A few words about you" block: "What do you do", "How many domains do you plan to check per month", "How much do you currently spend on domain checks per month". The form will not submit without the answers.
- Click "Create account" — the "Quick check: you're not a robot" window opens with a short task: count the shapes, type the characters from the picture, solve an arithmetic example, drag a piece into the cutout, and so on. The form data is sent to the server only after you click "Check" and pass the check. You can switch the task at any time with the "Another task" button; on a mistake, "Attempts left: N" is shown, and after a series of wrong answers tasks are temporarily withheld ("Too many wrong answers. Please wait a few minutes").
- Confirm your email: a message with a confirmation link will be sent to the address you provided — once you follow it, the page refreshes on its own.
- Once both contacts are confirmed, you land on the Dashboard — the home page of your account. On your first sign-in the account shows a guided tour of its sections; you can skip it or replay it later (see Interface tour).
After signing up, a starting budget is credited to your balance — its size is set by the administrator, $2 by default; the current amount is always shown on the Pricing page. It is enough to try every type of check without topping up your balance.
If the administrator has enabled registration approval, after you submit the form the "Application submitted" screen appears instead of signing you in: the account has been created, but access opens after the administrator's decision — it will be emailed to you, and there is no need to register again.
Until your contacts are confirmed, the account area is locked. While the email is unconfirmed, the "Confirm your email" window is shown instead of any page: the link from the email is valid for 30 minutes, and the window has the "Resend" and "Log out" buttons. The phone number in the sign-up form is required and is immediately treated as unconfirmed, so after the first sign-in the "Phone verification required" window opens: only the Account page is available until the number is confirmed via the Telegram bot — how to do that is described in the Telegram bot section.
- Sign in with your email or phone number and password on the Sign in page: the method is chosen with the "Email" and "Phone" tabs above the fields.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled, a 6-digit code from the authenticator app is requested after the password. Below the field there is the "Get the code another way" block with the "via Telegram" and "by email" buttons — the code arrives in the bot or by email. If you have access to neither, click "Use a backup code" and enter the 8-character backup code.
- Forgot your password? Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page, enter the email or phone linked to your account, and choose in the "Where to send the code" block where it should be sent: Telegram or Email.
- A 6-digit code will arrive — enter it at the "Enter the code" step and set a new password. The Telegram channel is available only if Telegram is linked to the account.
If the confirmation email never arrives, check the "Spam" and "Promotions" folders and click "Resend" right in the "Confirm your email" window: until the email is confirmed, the "Account" page is unavailable as well.
