Core metrics
Which domain metrics DeepScan shows
DeepScan shows link metrics for every domain. The full set is available in the Domain selection and Link check sections; the Site DR section shows only DR and the total number of links, and the Domain history section has no link metrics:
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| DR (Domain Rating) | The strength of the domain's backlink profile on a 0–100 scale. Takes into account the number and quality of referring domains. |
| Traffic | An estimate of monthly organic search traffic. |
| RD (Referring Domains) | The number of unique domains linking to the site. |
| BL | The total number of backlinks. |
| Links | The number of links that passed the task's selection conditions. |
| EDU / GOV / UNI / AC | Links from educational (.edu), government (.gov), university (uni) and academic (.ac) domains — traditionally valued above regular ones. |
| BEST LINK | The number of links that passed your quality filter (see Link quality). |
| Anchors | Link texts: they show which words the domain was promoted for. A dedicated Anchors (domain metrics) section is available in the domain card in Domain selection. In Link check, the anchor of each link is shown in the Anchor URL column, while the Anchors tab of the expanded row is marked “coming soon”. |
| Keywords | The queries the domain is visible for in search. The Keywords section is available in the domain card in Domain selection. In Link check, the KW column shows the number of keywords for the page, while the Keywords tab is marked “coming soon”. |
What to look at first: DR together with RD (a high DR with only a couple dozen RD is suspicious), natural-looking anchors, and the presence of real, living traffic.
