Profile and contacts
Name, avatar, email, phone, and account protection level
The Account page (user menu in the header → Account) shows your profile and contact details.
What you can change
- Name, phone and email — the "Edit profile" button in the header of the "Profile" card opens a form with the "Name *", "Phone *" and "Email *" fields; the "Cancel" and "Save" buttons are at the bottom of the form.
- Avatar — clicking the avatar opens the file picker: PNG, JPG or WEBP up to 5 MB. Once an avatar is uploaded, a cross with the "Remove avatar" tooltip appears in its top-right corner.
Email is changed in the same form — via the "Email *" field. As soon as the address differs from the current one, the hint "The new address will need confirmation — we will send a link to it" appears under the field, followed by the required "Current password *" field: the email is your login, and it cannot be changed without the password. After saving, the new address is considered unverified: an email with a link is sent to it, and a change notification is sent to the previous address.
Changing the phone number resets its verification and unlinks the Telegram bot: the number has to be verified again and the bot linked again, otherwise Telegram notifications and codes will not arrive. Changing only the formatting (spaces, brackets, hyphens) does not affect the verification or the bot link.
Contact verification and "Security N of 3"
- The "Security N of 3" badge in the profile header is a security indicator: verified email, verified phone and enabled 2FA.
- Under the address and the number there is a "✓ Verified" or "✗ Not verified" mark; for an unverified value, a "Verify" button appears next to the mark.
- Email: the "Verify" button sends the email with the link to the specified address once again.
- Phone is verified via the Telegram bot: the "Verify" button opens the "Phone confirmation" window — open the bot, press /start and tap "Share phone number". The status in the window changes to "Confirmed" on its own; there is no need to refresh the page.
- User ID — you will need it when contacting support; copy it with the button next to it.
