Terms of use
This is the agreement between you and the DeepScan service. By signing up you accept what is written below.
Version of 23 August 2026
About the service
DeepScan is an online domain checking service. For each domain it collects metrics, year-by-year site history and spam signals, then brings the data together into one table with a score and a short explanation.
The service is operated by the owner of DeepScan at deepscan.pro. You can reach them through Telegram support — the address is on the Contact page.
Your account
- An account is created with a working email address and a confirmed phone number
- One person, one account; several accounts on the same phone number are not allowed
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done under your account
- Report a suspicious sign-in to support straight away — we will help close the sessions
- We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, giving notice where possible
Payment
There are no subscriptions. You are charged for each domain actually checked, at the price of the section you are using. The current price is always shown before you start a task.
A starter budget is credited at sign-up so you can try the checks. After that you top up your balance by any amount from the minimum shown in the Pricing section.
- You are charged only for domains the service actually checked
- If the balance does not cover the whole list, the task pauses and resumes once you top up
- Domains filtered out by your own conditions do not count as paid checks
- Prices may change; a change does not affect tasks that are already running
Refunds
If you were charged because of a failure on our side — for example, a check ended in an error but the money was taken — write to support and we will return the amount to your balance.
An unspent balance is refunded on request to support. Correctly completed checks are not refunded: the work is done and already paid for to the data providers.
Acceptable use
By using the service you agree not to:
- Circumvent plan restrictions, limits or the charging mechanism
- Scrape the interface automatically or create load that disrupts other users
- Share your access or API key with third parties, or resell access to the service
- Use the results for anything that breaks the law or the rights of others
- Attempt to reach other users’ data or the service’s internal sections
Your data and results
Your domain lists and check results belong to you. We process them to run the task and show you the result, and we do not use them for our own purposes.
A domain score is a calculation from the available data, not a guarantee. The data comes from external sources and may be incomplete or out of date. The decision to buy a domain remains yours.
Affiliate programme
Participation is by application. Commission is credited on payments made by users you invited, at the rates in force at the time of payment. Payouts go to the details you provided.
We may refuse a payout in cases of inflated referrals, self-referral or other bad-faith behaviour.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running without interruption but cannot guarantee it. Planned maintenance happens, and external data providers can fail. You are not charged for time when the service is unavailable.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profit or for decisions made on the basis of the service’s scores. In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid over the previous three months.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. We will announce material changes in the interface or by email; by continuing to use the service you accept the new version.
